F20 is Chine Games' generic action game system. F20's power scale is high, and its 'length' can be anywhere from epic tales lasting years of Real Time, or one-shot games made for the gratification of blowing stuff up.

Is F20 an OGL game? The core rules (such as in F20 GACE) are released under the OGL. The setting books will not be Open Game Content.
What is F20 GACE? GACE stands for Gamers Against Cancer Edition. All proceeds from F20 GACE go to Cancer.org. All the Open Game Content we get permission to include will go into F20 GACE.
Are there any F20 forums? At the current moment, no -- the previous forums were taken down due to personal problems in the life of the moderator. However, you could go to the Flying Mice forum at RPGHost and ask any questions there.
